About CRT Care Services

High-Quality Care and Support

Our care is delivered by highly skilled and experienced carers who are recruited for their outlook and attitude to care. All staff are fully background checked and receive over the national average level of training including opportunities to undertake care related qualifications.

Our ethos and values are good quality, person-centred and non-discriminatory care, recognising all our clients as individuals. We encourage Managers, Care Coordinators and Carers to have empathy and to care for our clients in the way they would want their own parents or loved ones to be cared for.

Our services are based on sound principles – we ensure our care and support focuses on your overall wellbeing and allows you to live with dignity. We are fully registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and a member of the United Kingdom Home Care Association (UKHCA).

We often get asked, “what reassurance can you provide to ensure that I will receive a high-quality service?” We believe that we have listened to what people want and what is important to you.

We provide care and support services to people of all ages and abilities. Our care and support workers are carefully selected and matched to reflect the characteristics required to maintaining effective relationships and outcomes.
