High-Quality Care and Support

Our care is delivered by highly skilled and experienced carers who are recruited for their outlook and attitude to care. All staff are fully background checked and receive over the national average level of training including opportunities to undertake care related qualifications.

Our ethos and values are good quality, person-centred and non-discriminatory care, recognising all our clients as individuals. We encourage Managers, Care Coordinators and Carers to have empathy and to care for our clients in the way they would want their own parents or loved ones to be cared for.

Our services are based on sound principles – we ensure our care and support focuses on your overall wellbeing and allows you to live with dignity. We are fully registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and a member of the United Kingdom Home Care Association (UKHCA).

Our People

We often get asked, “what reassurance can you provide to ensure that I will receive a high-quality service?” We believe that we have listened to what people want and what is important to you.

We provide care and support services to people of all ages and abilities. Our care and support workers are carefully selected and matched to reflect the characteristics required to maintaining effective relationships and outcomes.

The people that care for you are carefully selected to provide a diverse range of skills, characteristics and professionalism to ensure that all aspects of personal choice and preferences can be met and a time that meets your individual choices.

We learn from mistakes and provide systems to improve what we do. For our staff, working in social care is not just a job. Our care and support assistants take the time to get to know you and provide you with a personalised plan to provide support that is tailored to your requirements, wishes and aim for the future. We consistently provide a flexible service to meet the changing demands that circumstances may dictate.
