Perfect Care’s Winter Newsletter 2025/26
Welcome to our Winter Newsletter for 2025/26! See what we’ve been up to this winter across our offices and extra care facility!
Charity Fundraiser
‘Wear It Pink’ Day
In support of Breast Cancer Now, our Chesterfield branch took part by wearing pink to help raise funds, promote awareness of breast cancer, and show appreciation for the incredible work the charity does. This event was extra special as our Area Supervisor, Sarah O’Malley had recently finished her radiotherapy treatment after being diagnosed with breast cancer. We are incredibly proud of Sarah and would also like to give a huge thank you to our team at our Chesterfield branch for the support and for making this day so special for her!
Recognising our Incredible Team
Pride of CRT awards
We held our Pride of CRT award across our branches for the third year! Thank you to everyone that got involved and nominated, and a huge congratulations to our winners, we couldn’t be prouder!
New Starters
We are wishing a warm welcome to all of our new starters! Since our last newsletter we have employed over 20 new people and we’re glad to have you all on our team.
Just a reminder about our ‘Refer a friend’ scheme where you could receive £300 by referring a friend to us if they get employed. Sign up to the Care Friends app and start earning!
Compliments
Here are some of the excellent compliments that we have received over the last couple months.
A carer reached out to say that Georgia Lally is very supportive and does an incredible job.
The loved one of a service user wanted to thank Sharna Nadin and Clare Mansfield for their incredible care following our service user coming home from hospital.
A service user said that Joseph Topa was wonderful with her and make her feel comfortable. He chatted to her throughout the call and she liked him very much.
These are just a few of the ones we received, we’re always so happy to hear the great things our service users and their families have to say!
Reviews
Here are some of our recent reviews from Indeed and Google from our employees. Thank you to all of those that have left us a review as we appreciate them all!
“Just started work and all the team are very supportive, I have just started so had my induction and full training, everyone is supportive through training and everything is fed back to you to help you progress.” – Indeed
“Becky was brilliant, gave great information on all areas, had a fantastic way of teaching and explaining to us what each section was about and went through every training you could need as an introduction to becoming a carer. She was very supportive, answered all our questions and gave great resources throughout.” – Google
We love to hear your feedback, please leave us a review on Indeed or Google!
