Hear from Our Graduates
Finely Ward is our newest Operations Graduate, joining us in September 2024 and has recently finished his first year as part of the scheme.
“Clece stood out to me as a company deeply committed to delivering care with purpose. While its core focus is on physical disability care and relief services, it also strives to make a positive impact on society as a whole, and that’s the kind of organisation I wanted to be part of.
The care sector itself is dynamic and constantly evolving. For example, with 19% of the UK population now aged 65 and over, the demand for care services is rising rapidly. These challenges require adaptability, compassion, and a willingness to embrace change — qualities I was eager to develop and apply.”
“Above all, I’m proud of becoming someone that service users, care workers, and admin staff at CRT can trust and rely on — no matter the issue. That trust is something I’ve earned thanks to the support of the CRT operations team and the opportunities provided by Clece, and I’m truly grateful for that.”
