Welcome to our Summer Newsletter for 2025 to see what we’ve been up to this summer across our offices and extra care schemes!
Induction training
We continue to offer Induction and Refresher Training to all our carers and we hope that you all find this helpful and informative.
‘Wear It Orange’ Day
In support of The Care Workers’ Charity, many of our offices joined in for the second year of ‘Wear It Orange’ Day. The Care Workers’ Charity supports carers, offering mental health support and crisis grants for those who are in need. Thank you to everyone that got involved!
Macmillan Coffee Morning
To raise money in support of those battling cancer, we hosted a Macmillan Coffee Morning across multiple of our offices. Many of us brought in cakes which were available by donating to such a great cause. Thank you to everyone who got involved!
New Starters
We are wishing a warm welcome to all of our new starters! Since our last newsletter we have employed over 60 new people and we’re glad to have you all on our team.
Just a reminder about our ‘Refer a friend’ scheme where you could receive £300 by referring a friend to us if they get employed. Sign up to the Care Friends app and start earning!

A carer reached out to say that Georgia Lally is very supportive and does an incredible job.
The loved one of a service user wanted to thank Sharna Nadin and Clare Mansfield for their incredible care following our service user coming home from hospital.
A service user said that Joseph Topa was wonderful with her and make her feel comfortable. He chatted to her throughout the call and she liked him very much.
These are just a few of the ones we have received, we’re always so happy to hear the great things our service users and their families have to say!
